An Airbnb Superhost with a 4.8-star rating, Elam has hosted nearly 10,000 stays across urban and rural markets, generating over $5 million in bookings.

He thrives on transforming distressed properties into guest-worthy homes and believes strongly in real estate’s ability to generate both wealth and long-term community impact. Elam’s passion lies not only in the numbers but in creating meaningful investor journeys and delivering authentic results. He’s a visionary, driven by the belief that business should not only be profitable but serve as a platform to positively impact others.

Stephen Richerson is a seasoned real estate investor, project manager, and investment strategist with over 20 years of experience in remodeling and property acquisitions. He began his real estate career after founding a successful, award-winning remodeling company in 2006.

Known for his sharp eye for detail, budgeting discipline, and design-forward execution, Stephen has since managed dozens of fix-and-flip projects with consistently high ROI. Stephen is the founder of the Carolina Wealth Alliance, a real estate education community where he has mentored investors and hosted over 50 investor seminars.

He brings a rare combination of construction know-how, financial acumen, and people-focused leadership. His track record includes scaling revenues from $150K to over $1.4 million within 24 months, all while maintaining strong profit margins.

Donny Coram is a prolific real estate entrepreneur with over 400 fix-and-flip projects under his belt, primarily in the Colorado market. Known as the “Foreclosure King,” Donny has built a career on sourcing, acquiring, and transforming distressed properties into profitable investments.

His company, Diamond Homebuyers, creates consistent off-market deal flow, while his signature educational platform, the Foreclosure Profit System, empowers over 40 active clients to execute their own deals. With 20 years of experience and a relentless drive, Donny has scaled multiple ventures, from managing six construction crews to leading a real estate brokerage team of 10 agents.

He’s a licensed general contractor, real estate appraiser, and recently passed his Series 65 exam to become a registered investment advisor. Donny’s leadership, deep market knowledge, and passion for helping others achieve financial freedom make him an invaluable force behind Funvest’s success.
