Stephen is the founder of the Carolina Wealth Alliance, a real estate education community where he has mentored investors and hosted over 50 investor seminars.

His company, Diamond Homebuyers, creates consistent off-market deal flow, while his signature educational platform, the Foreclosure Profit System, empowers over 40 active clients to execute their own deals. With 20 years of experience and a relentless drive, Donny has scaled multiple ventures, from managing six construction crews to leading a real estate brokerage team of 10 agents.
